A warm welcome to the newest member of the team in Jennette Properties – Tia Castle. She is stepping into a Leasing Agent and a Property Manager. While she has been with us for a few weeks, she is no stranger to the real estate world.
Tia’s Background
Before joining us, Tia Castles was an entrepreneur, and she is a firm believer that small businesses are the backbone of the economy and the cornerstone of communities. Tia later became a broadcast journalist and worked in Biotech sales.
Her real estate interest started in the early 1990s. Since then, she has been an all-around person when it comes to the real estate business. She has invested, become an interior designer, and done Airbnb management, property management, and marketing as well. She has been a realtor and owner of a short-term rental business for a long time.
Her passion for homes made her start “Home and Castle TV” in 2016. It showcases beautiful Florida homes.
As seen, she has extensive knowledge of real estate even before becoming an agent at Jennette Properties.
Education and Achievements
Tia is not only real estate brilliant but also academically well-equipped. She is an honors graduate of the American University in Washington, DC. Here she majored in Broadcast Journalism. She co-authored a top-selling book on Amazon related to Hosting.
Later, Tia entered the real estate world through Sotheby’s International Real Estate. She managed short-term rentals for over seven years.
Why Sarasota and Jennette Properties
Tia has lived in Sarasota since she was ten but took a break for college and work. But generally, she has a great connection with the region, which is the driving force behind her wanting to become a real estate agent.
She clearly understands that real estate is not just a profession but a combination of passions. Her view about the real estate world perfectly aligns with the values at Jennette Properties. Besides, she has an excellent understanding of the market and top-notch communication skills, and she helps people settle well in Sarasota while ensuring investors protect their assets.
Any Family and Hobbies
Yes, Tia’s only child is Chewy, who is her three-year-old Yorkshire Terrier.
She loves digital art, painting, interior décor, and boating. When in Sarasota, Tia loves to visit with family in the boat, enjoying some time in the pool, walking trails, and canoes. Her favorite beach here is Lido Beach.
