Richard Jennette, the President of Jennette Properties understands how important technology is becoming in the Real Estate market. Many industries throughout the world stay current with technology, however Real Estate seems to be an exception, which seems strange when you consider that it is the largest commodity on the planet worth an estimated 217 trillion dollars.
The Jennette Properties website was moved to an update-able Open Source platform which will allow our developers to keep us current with new technology trends, feeds, maps and data that all change daily. We then moved our email to Googles Business platform utilizing cloud storage and data sharing to connect all of our agents and admin staff and multiple devices in a seamless manor.
Staying on top of technology trends helps us serve our clients in a better and more efficient way which benefits everyone. New online booking calendars allow potential renters to view property availability from the comfort of there home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which is an important function for us in a society which has gotten used to instant gratification.
Technology is ever evolving with walk through videos of properties and drones flying high above for an areal view of roof tops. In the very near future perspective renters will have the ability to use virtual reality to view a number of properties from an agents office or the comfort of their own home. This will drastically reduce the time required to find that perfect property allowing users to do a walk through both internally and externally and examine rooms, fixtures, lighting and landscaping. If a property looks like a good fit, a walk through tour can then be scheduled in person.
We would also like to take this time to announce a new location in Sarasota. We recently moved into a new location to better serve the Sarasota area at 5899 Whitfield Ave, Sarasota FL. The office has about 5 agents and an admin staff in the Lakewood Ranch area which is a quickly developing community.
