This was our first experience renting while looking for a property to purchase in Sarasota. Our agent was Alison Hunter and from our very first encounter to our last, she was amazing! Alison responded the same day to any requests or issues (minor) we may have had. If service was needed, she made sure to have someone at the property sometimes the same day. Communication was precise and exact, we had no questions about what our role was as renters. We knew she was there if we needed her which was very comforting. She even checked in on us before two hurricanes to see if we were okay and needed anything! I would highly recommend Alison to anyone who is looking to rent or buy in Sarasota. She is very knowledgeable about the area and properties. She has a caring and friendly attitude and it was a pleasure working with her!
