Chrissie Cummings

Chrissie Cummings is a wonderful representative for the property which we have rented for the past two years. She has an amazing sense of urgency when an issue needs to be resolved whether it occurs during the evening or on a weekend. I could not recommend her more highly. She is simply the best!

We have used Jennette Properties since 2012. We have experienced some good property managers, and some fair. However, for the past 2.5 years we have been graced with Chrissie Cummings. She is responsive to our needs as well as the needs of our renters. Chrissie has a great attention to detail and communicates with her property owners and renter on a regular basis without being intrusive. She has always responded to the needs of our property no matter how big or small and makes sure we are notified of any significant issues immediately. She provides positive feedback and will respond to any question we have.
Last, and certainly not least, Chrissie has the most wonderful British sense of humor.

Chrissie Cummings was recommended to us by our real estate agent after purchasing our villa in Bradenton in June 2022. We met Chrissie and were instantly impressed with her professionalism and infectious personality. Our HOA requires 6+ months for a lease and Chrissie has secured tenants two separate occasions.
