Ronda Banks is a licensed Realtor specializing in rentals in the North Port area. She began her journey with Jennette Properties in 2013 as a property manager and leasing agent, serving the Bradenton and Sarasota markets. She later transitioned to the marketing team as the Media & Communications Manager.
A licensed Realtor since 2008, Ronda further advanced her career in 2017 by obtaining her Broker’s License. She continues to work with Jennette Properties as a Broker Associate. In 2020, Ronda returned to North Port, where she now resides and is raising her daughter.

Rented through Jennette Properties
Rented through Jennette Properties since September 2017. Owner was looking for long-term tenants but decided to sell a few months into our third lease. Very disappointed, but it is what it is. They honored our current lease until it expires, so time to find a new place. Never had too many issues living here. Minor plumbing issue in master shower was fixed the same day we called it in. Our A/C motor went out in October 2017, and the property owner was so kind and responsive, sent out someone to replace the unit and paid for portable A/C until it could be fully fixed. They will work with you as long as you keep them informed. Everyone at the Whitfield office is pleasant when I go in to pay rent. I wish I was still able to utilize the online payment method, but it doesn’t recognize my bank for some reason. It would eliminate a lot of my late fees if I could still use that feature, but I don’t really care because they work with us anyway. Wish we could stay longer, dealing with Jennette Properties was a breeze compared to some of the apartments we’ve lived in. – Brittany Barnes
