Cute updated 2nd floor condo with NO CARPET, all new wood vinyl flooring through out. Nice white cabinets with accent black handles really make this kitchen pop. Great pass through from kitchen into dining area, could also be used as a breakfast bar with stools. Very bright corner end unit with over sized screened Lanai with great views of pond, green belt and golf course. Both bedrooms have walk – in closet for needed space and clothes. Nice thing about this unit it also has a screened front porch with a storage closet and stackable washer & dryer. Community offers great walking areas and heated community pool and hot tub with lots of lounging chairs.
