Wendy Scott

Wendy is an incredible property manager. She went above and beyond to help our family prepare our home for listing. My family had a very abrupt need to move out-of-state and Wendy stepped in to help me with getting the house ready, listed and rented within a short timeframe (and even when two major storms passed through the area). She is very organized, empathetic, and strategic. She went above and beyond to help me with several things that were difficult for me to handle from out-of-state and was super helpful at managing many relationships, vendors, and potential tenants. Her experience and expertise comes through in her work with both owners and tenants and I highly recommend her!
