Roxanne Klopp at Jennette Properties has managed multiple investment properties for over 6 years, and quite honestly, I don’t know what we would do without her!
She goes above and beyond in every way—professional, sharp, incredibly responsive, and genuinely cares. Managing multiple properties (especially with the challenges at Lakewood National Golf & Country Club) is no easy task, but Roxanne handles it all with confidence and grace. When issues arise, she doesn’t just “manage”—she steps in, advocates, and gets things handled the right way.
What sets her apart is her reliability and heart. She takes the stress off my plate and makes everything feel effortless, which is priceless. I trust her completely—and that’s not something I say lightly. Additionally, I know my long term tenants have also shared the same sentiments regarding Roxanne’s abilities to resolve any issue that should arise for them, no matter how big or small! 
Roxanne is an absolute gem, and Jennette Properties is lucky to have her. If anyone deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise), it’s her!

Roxanne is amazing. Always upbeat. Returns calls in a timely manner. Lays everything out in a way you will have limited to no questions to ask at the end of a tour. She really has what it takes to deliver the best customer service a person can expect. I’ve been working with Roxanne for over 6 years, and she continues to take the initiative to make sure I am satisfied with my property and overall service. Roxanne, please keep up the great work.
